Our Didactical Supervisors, selected for each language, give special attention to research. The new training programs are then shared with the Trainers involved in the Projects
in an ongoing training process.
Our group of "Senior Trainers" have been collaborating with us for a long time in a mutually satisfying professional exchange.
The “Junior Trainers” are selected after two interviews and a trainers’ training course where they learn about teaching techniques and approaches to be adopted during their future training projects and have a chance to view diverse didactical material. They also receive special training on “Altrelingue” internal procedures. These procedures have been created to ensure that our customers go through all the steps required to achieve their goals. Our Trainers play a very important connection role and are deeply involved in the “Altrelingue” work team.
